NOTICE TO MEMBERS
To The Members,
The board wishes to advise that in December a resolution to approve the appointment of Jarred Hiles as a director of Toronto Diggers Club.
In accordance with clause 67 of the constitution.
The Board shall have power at any time and from time to time, to appoint any eligible person to the Board to fill a casual vacancy. The person so appointed shall hold office only until the conclusion of the following Biennial general meeting.
